From the prospective to the active customer We do the work for you

In pre-Covid times we used to travel around and regularly visit our customers. It was hard getting used to the new world; everything was changing rapidly and MotoRad was changing along with everyone else. As we all know, there is nothing quite like meeting one another in person, but as it had become a risky business, we needed to be there for our customers in more ways than one. Over the last two years we have created new ways of meeting our customers face to face, using every creative and technological method we could think of. MotoRad’s main goal has been to create a partnership with prospective customers while maintaining great communication with our existing customers. We want to provide them with the tools and knowledge that allows us to always remain our customers’ preferred supplier.

  After two years of meetings on Zoom and Teams, we finally had a real, face-to-face meeting with a potential customer who had very little information regarding MotoRad’s capabilities, only that which they had found on our website and LinkedIn posts. We were very excited and eager to dive in!  Our product managers created a special introduction of MotoRad and a tailor-made training session to fit the customer’s needs. After a deep learning process to help us understand the customer, their needs, the market they were active in and their area of distribution, we worked on a combination of their data and our knowledge and expertise and created a bespoke training session especially for them. The technical session was a great success, as we trained members of both the sales team and the technical support team so that they became familiar with the cooling system, and we allowed them to ask questions for which we provided answers. After a full day of meeting, speaking, and listening to team members, and some fine-tuning, we created a comprehensive and detailed recommendation as to what items should be included in the customer’s product range, the quantity they needed to keep in stock and the product lead times. We are very proud to say that from a prospective customer, they became an active customer only a few days after our meeting!
