Diesel Exhaust Fluid Caps
Diesel exhaust fluid is a urea-based liquid that is injected into the exhaust stream to reduce the emissions of diesel engines.
This technology has been used for several years in “clean diesels” by car manufacturers such as Mercedes Benz and Volkswagen. All diesels manufactured after January 1, 2010, require a diesel exhaust fluid and the cap. These caps do not hold pressure.
