At MotoRad, our engineering team constantly designs automated machines that expedite the manufacturing process and improve its efficiency. All MotoRad dies and molds are developed and built at our own state-of-the-art tooling and die department. High-speed assembly machines enable us to adhere to the most demanding production timetables while maintaining the highest quality levels.

MotoRad manufactures thermostats, closure caps and emerging technology products and sensors to QS, TS and ISO standards. Our state-of-the-art quality lab has all the equipment and resources needed to verify and validate all newly designed MotoRad products, and to support product improvements that further enhance product quality and robustness.
