Management Team
Mr. Matt Buchholz
Chief Executive Officer
Matt joined MotoRad as President and GM of North America in 2015 and moved to Chief Executive Officer in 2022. He has overseen all functional operations and business units during his tenure. Matt has over 20 years of experience in various capacities within the automotive industry. He is results focused with a background in sales, marketing, product development and business strategy.
Matt holds a BBA degree in Management from Northwood University and MBA at the DeVos School of Business.
Matt is based out of MotoRad’s offices in Atlanta, Georgia.
Ms. Sandra Ziser
Chief Financial Officer & Israel Site Director
Sandra joined MotoRad as Chief Financial Officer in 2017 and is responsible for the management of all financial operations and company performance including forecasts and investments. Additionally, she manages all global IT, BI, Pricing and Human Resource functions and initiatives.
Sandra has considerable experience in the financial realms of asset management, acquisitions, financing, taxes, pricing, and budget/expense control. She is an advocate for employee and customer relations working to build stronger partnerships.
Sandra is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University and has an MBA in Business Management from Bar Ilan University.
Sandra is based out of MotoRad’s Israel site, where she is the site director.
Mr. Ken Kerns
Chief Operating Officer
Ken joined MotoRad in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for overseeing MotoRad’s manufacturing and distribution sites located in Israel, United States, Germany, and Mexico, along with the global Supply Chain and Quality teams.
Ken graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and began his career as a design engineer on advanced aircraft programs and earned a leadership role in major mate assembly on the F-22 program. Ken is certified as a Black Belt in Six Sigma and successfully led operations and initiatives in numerous industries including aerospace, telecom, retail, building products and durable goods in all aspects of manufacturing, forecasting, Supply Chain planning and execution.
Ken is based out of MotoRad’s offices in Atlanta, Georgia.
Mr. Ran Benedik
Global VP of Engineering and Development
Ran joined MotoRad as an Engineering Manager in 2017 and was appointed Global VP of Engineering in 2019. He is responsible for overseeing all global engineering initiatives, including new product development, OEM product/project design, production tooling and manufacturing automation.
Ran’s background includes Research and Development Management, Original Equipment Engineering, Process Engineering, Metrology and QA Disciplines. He has over 20 years experience serving a variety of industries such as automotive, electrical components and aviation.
Ran holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Braude College of Engineering, Israel.
Ran is based out of MotoRad’s offices in Israel.
Mr. Paul DiLisio
Global Vice President of Commercial
Paul joined MotoRad in 2022 and has responsibility for overseeing all of MotoRad’s global commercial activities.
Paul brings to MotoRad his extensive and diverse automotive and industrial background, where he held roles in Engineering, Product Management, Business Development, Program Management, and Global Sales and Marketing. Paul’s previous roles were with several global automotive OEMs and global automotive Tier 1 suppliers located both in North America and Europe. He has built and managed successful global sales and marketing teams with a proven track record of generating growth and improving profitability.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering and Management Institute), a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Master’s Degree in Operations Management, and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management, all from Kettering University.
Mr. Brandon Kight
Global Vice President of Marketing & Product
Brandon joined MotoRad in 2014 and has responsibility for overseeing all of MotoRad’s global product, content and marketing activities.
Brandon has over 15 years of experience in various capacities within the automotive industry. He has a passion for building strong teams, focusing on leadership development. He has experience ranging from creative direction, sales and marketing, product and program development, and brand management.
Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree in Art & Design from the University of Southern Indiana.
Brandon is based out of MotoRad’s offices in Mount Carmel, IL.
Ms. Tamara Gaalema
Executive Administrator
Tamara joined MotoRad in 2018 as the Senior Administrator for MotoRad North America and moved to Executive Administrator in 2022 supporting the efforts of the global management team. She has over 20 years experience across various disciplines including project management, sales account management and accounting. Tamara is an accomplished professional who possesses a versatile skill set and a results-oriented mind set.
Tamara earned a BS degree in Business Management at the University of South Alabama.
Tamara is based out of MotoRad’s offices in Atlanta, Georgia.

Joseph Fishman founds the company
In the mid 1950s, Joseph Fishman, a star die maker with the Israeli armaments industry, established a small tool and die shop in Haifa, Israel, to manufacture custom-made dies and distribute stamping machinery. Later on, Fishman decided to invest in the development of a core product line of engine thermostats that could be differentiated with Fishman’s technology and automation expertise.
Fishman’s North America Subsidiary is established
Fishman established its North American service operation and began to build dies for steel plates, friction plates and transmission filters. It used the company’s expertise in engineering to buy used presses and rebuild the machinery in order to sell turnkey solutions.
MotoRad® brand launches in NA market
Fishman launched in the North American market, operating under the MotoRad® trade name. Since then, MotoRad has been successful in capturing and servicing major customers across North America.
MotoRad’s German subsidiary is established
MotoRad’s German subsidiary is established – Motorad expanded into the European market in the early 1990s, operating under the MotoRad trade name. Since then, the MotoRad brand has earned a strong reputation based on its long tradition of dependability and superior performance.
